You don't have to conform to this method: it is provided to indicate the potential value of PDTrack in your organisation environment. These example models were kindly provided by Balwyn High Organisation.

  Balwyn High Organisation used a single simple code to identify each of their Teams by name, with a more detailed description to explain the topic, however you can use any name up to 15 characters to describe your team.
