This document reflects and represents PDTrack's Privacy Policy ("Policy") applicable to service and hosting of accounts with PDTrack. This Policy supersedes any other written or oral Policy. This Policy carries over to any company working with or in association with PDTrack. PDTrack reserves the right to edit, amplify, discontinue or change the Policy.

By using the services offered by PDTrack the Customer is bound by and must comply with this Policy in its entirety.

This document is intended to explain how your personal information will be treated by PDTrack. This includes but is not limited to your name, email address, access details, phone numbers, address, organisation information and information you have entered into PDTrack when using an account with PDTrack.

General Use
General use describes all use that does not require you to login or submit a feedback form/form of any kind.

PDTrack registers but does not collect information from your computer when you visit our website. This information includes statistical data including but not limited to your IP address, what pages you have viewed, the specifications of your browser, etc. This serves to help us keep PDTrack up to date.

This information is not collected and is discarded automatically once obsolete by our system.
Submission of forms
Submission of forms describes all use that requires you to submit a form but does not require you to have logged into an account first.

All information submitted to PDTrack is volunteered at your discretion. We do not collect any information that you do not input into the form, with exception to the information outlined in General Use.

All information submitted through forms is treated as strictly confidential by PDTrack and will not be disclosed without your consent at any time unless required by law or court order. PDTrack reserves the right to share information as necessary between its support team and administrative team as necessary to maintain system access, functionality and integrity. None of your information will be sold or licenced at any time.
Within PDTrack

Within PDTrack describes all use that requires you to have logged in first, and all use that requires you to submit or have submitted details for an account with PDTrack.

All information submitted to PDTrack is volunteered at your discretion. We do not collect any information that you do not input into the form, with exception to the information outlined in General Use.

PDTrack makes the following information available for public view:

  • The name of your organisation
  • The identification code of your organisation (ID)
  • The address of your organisation
  • Contact phone and fax numbers of your organisation
  • The principal of your organisation
  • The website of your organisation

All other information submitted through forms is treated as strictly confidential by PDTrack and will not be disclosed without your consent at any time unless required by law or court order. PDTrack reserves the right to share information as necessary between its support team and administrative team as necessary to maintain system access, functionality and integrity. None of your information will be sold or licenced at any time.
